Limitation of Liability<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"20\">To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Codeblux, Blue Horizon Traders, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages\u2014including lost profits, lost data, hardware failure, or business interruption\u2014arising out of or related to your use of our website, software, embedded devices, or engineering services.
