Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, purchasing a license for, or accessing the CoreSeal application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.

2. License Grant & Expiration Principles

Blue Horizon Traders grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use CoreSeal on compatible Android devices (Android 9.0 Pie or above) tied to your Hardware ID.

Pro Annual Licenses: Expire automatically 365 days from the date and timestamp of activation. Upon expiration, access to Pro-exclusive features (such as multiple vaults, calculator disguise, and decoy mode) ceases unless renewed.
Pro Lifetime Licenses: Provide permanent access to all Pro features for the operational life of the device and application without recurring subscriptions.
File Integrity Guarantee: Under no circumstances does license expiration delete, destroy, or encrypt your stored files beyond recovery. Your files remain on your device.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, duplicate, or bypass the licensing verification mechanisms of CoreSeal, nor utilize the application to store illicit materials in violation of Indian or international law.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to CoreSeal shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
